authenticity đ„
Without authenticity, the truth would only be mere wordsâauthenticity represents the truth of Jesus through your lifestyle.
Regardless of where you personally stand or notâthere are some people who are threatened by true authenticityâand it shows.
Take the Pharisees in the Bibleâitâs striking how they appeared so outwardly holy and righteous (through their boasting and words), yet inwardly they were corrupt and unclean.
They focused on image over integrity⊠looking pure on the outside, but harboring pride, hypocrisy, secrecy, and hardened hearts within.
You see, what your heart reflects on the most is what you worshipâwhat you do behind closed doors, within the walls of your heart is what you worship.
I wanna be the bold one to tell youâyour creativity and gifts donât impress God. Heâs not looking down from heaven thinking, âWow! Howâd you do that, thatâs impressive!â Heâs the one who gives the gifts, yâall. The Bible says that the gifts are irrevocable (Romans 11:29).
Thatâs why we see people in the world who are extremely gifted and talented, but using their gifts to either worship themselves or the devil. And believe it or notâso called âChristiansâ do it all day longâlike the Pharisees did.
The truth is, God is only impressed with the authenticity of your heart to Him.
Today, I want to call out some truth to people who have the audacity to attack and discredit the authentic. I have a verse for youâŠ
ââŠhaving a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!ââ 2 Timothy 3:5
Weâve got people out here who preach loudly and boast about their intentionsâbut the very things they boast about often expose the opposite of whatâs truly in their hearts⊠and eventually, it shows.
Whatâs proclaimed with the mouth canât override whatâs produced in the fruit.
Thatâs why Jesus Christ warnedâmore than onceâthat you know a tree by its fruit.
Itâs not the leaves.
Itâs not the height.
Itâs not how loud it claims to grow.
How much it boasts on its beauty and intentions.
Itâs the fruit.
Jesus also said to beware of the leavenâthe subtle influence that spreads quietly but corrupts the whole batch. A little compromise. A little hypocrisy. A little pride. A little bit of worldly influence (in the name of culture and popularity or relating to the world). Jesus warned against doing that or associating with people who live this way.
I want to say, whatâs hidden eventually risesâand fruit always reveals the root.
YOU CANâT FAKE WHAT IS REAL
If youâre presenting godliness on the outsideâthrough your gifts, your writing, your talentsâbut your inner life lacks Godâs power⊠you havenât died to yourself.
If you arenât walking in truth when no one is watching⊠if the private life contradicts the public platform, then what youâre offering may look like worshipâbut it isnât.
Worship without surrendering your whole self has no fragrance before God.
God isnât moved by performance. Heâs moved by purity. Heâs not impressed by charisma. Heâs searching for consecration. The altar isnât validated by applause or approval of your sacrificeâitâs validated by obedience.
Cain & AbelâCounterfeit vs. Authentic
The story of Cain and Abel is a powerful picture of two kinds of worship: authentic worship and counterfeit worship.
Both brought an offering.
Both built an altar.
Both approached God.
But God responded differently.
Cain brought something that reflected his labor, the pride of his skill, and his harvest. It may have looked impressive. It may have been admirable in the eyes of men. But it lacked what God was looking for.
Abelâs offering was costly. It was sacrificial. It involved blood. It wasnât polished. It wasnât glamorous. But it came from reverence. From obedience. From a heart aligned with God.
And God accepted Abelâs offering.
The difference wasnât effort.
The difference wasnât presentation.
The difference was the heart.
God doesnât receive worship based on talent. He receives worship based on surrender, purity, and obedience.
The War Between The Authentic & Counterfeit
Hereâs the thingâthe counterfeit will always try to murder the authentic ones.
People who operate in a counterfeit spirit will discredit, dismantle, challenge or inadvertently attack the people who carry the authentic.
Why?
Because they want to feel comfortable with their type of Jesus they worship. And they were pleased with their own offeringsâlike Cain wasâbut the moment an authentic worshipper who worships God the way He wants to be worshipped or represented comes on the scene⊠man do those people get threatened.
But donât be intimidated or afraid. The counterfeit cannot carry the authentic anointing of the Holy Spirit like the real ones.
Donât Stop Being Authentic
Let me encourage the ones who really live in the authentic, pure worship of Jesusâdonât be moved. God protects and defends you with His strong arms (Isaiah 52:10).
Youâre really the ones who are shaking up the false foundations through the power of your authenticity.
So donât stop being authentic. Only the pure at heart can truly see God. (Matthew 5:8)
Without authenticity, the truth would only be mere wordsâauthenticity represents the truth of Jesus through your lifestyle.
We arenât here to present Jesus, but to represent Jesus. There is a difference.
Represent the REAL Jesus. Storm the gates of hell by living an authentic, uncompromised life for Him. Thatâs how souls are won â through the fire of a life fully surrendered to the Lord.

There is only one thing greater than the power of love, and that is the power of authenticity.
Or so a wise person told me, and it does make sense.
Oh my goodness, this is so đđđ amen!! đ
